Access your Photo Day photos
Enter the team code supplied by your association. You no longer need to choose the league and team first. A QR code printed on a player proof sheet opens that player directly.
Find a digital purchase
Sign into My Portal using the same email address used at checkout, open the order, and look for the high-resolution download button. A render still processing will show its current status.
Reset your password
Open My Portal and choose Forgot password. The reset message must be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Tell us the organization, sport or activity, location, preferred dates, and approximate team or participant count.
